Our Story
EXPWC was founded by agents who believed the traditional brokerage model was broken. Too much overhead, too little support, and a culture that rewarded production over people.
We set out to build something different inside the eXp Realty platform. A local office with real leadership, real operational infrastructure, and a genuine commitment to every agent's success.
Today, EXPWC is home to a growing team of agents across Chester County and the surrounding region. We're proud of what we've built, and we're just getting started.
